new setup

Well, I seem to have things backwards this time. Last time I tried to set this up, I had tv but no guide. now I have guide but no tv. ??? I am scanning and getting all the channels that I am suppose to but when I go into the program, there is nothing there but static. anyone got a clue? I dont.

I appreciate the help and if there is anything I need to include, let me know...

Im running xp on a pent. 4 3.00 ghz 2 gb ram 250 gb seagate and a 32 inch lcd screen.

Would need to know what kind of capture card and TV source you're using.
