gbpvr see HDhomerun, but no TV

Just installed HDhomerun tuner at home, then downloaded and installed gbpvr.

gvpvr config see HDhomerun and able to do a channel scan,
however when I am trying to watch TV - nothing happens

Any suggestions?

My PC config:

Win XP sp3
MP 1.02

A couple of things come to mind:

Did you map the channels found in the scan?
Do you have a software firewall running? If so, did you add PVRx2.exe to the exception list?

If none of those are the issue, zip and post your PVRx2.exe logs (also include the "-native") after attemting to watch TV.
