Hauppauge 1600 analog stopped working

Analog recording with my 1600 recently started looking bad - wavy lines in the top half, like fine tuning is bad. Digital recordings are fine.

I tried removing then adding back into GBPVR and tried the latest drivers from Hauppauge. The card shares the analog video feed with an old 250 (still works fine).

Anything within GBPVR or the registry I can try to get a usable analog recording from the 1600? Surely Comcast would not reduce my signal strength without telling me!

Did you (or anyone else) have a resolution for this issue? I started having similar issues recently, and I wonder if it is a bad tuner or something in my setup?

wow what timing! mine started with top 30% wiggling a couple months ago finally i removed the card now in last few days either my pvr150 or 2nd 1600 is having trouble, recording file being too small and ending with missed recording.
