I upgraded my GBPVR computer to Wiin7. Now I am having a number of video problems. I can watch tv on my computer using PVRX2 with no problem, but when I try and record shows now it doesn't record them. Also I cannot watch Live TV on my tv through my pch anymore. My tuner card is a Hauppauge 2250. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens when you try to record? Does a file get created with nothing in it? or no file at all?

Hi Sub,
No file is created at all. The little "G" icon in the task bar never turns green and when I double click it all the tuners say their sleeping. When I go to the recordings menu in gbpvr under pending it still shows the past shows that I tried to record as pending.

Do you have your recording directory set to somewhere that all user accounts can write to? It sounds like thats not the case.

That fixed it Sub. The driver letter changed when I installed the new operating system. I forgot to change it in the gbpvr config. Thank You!!!

Sub,
I spoke too soon. I recorded a tv show tonight. When I try to view it by using my computer directly with pvrx2 it shows no recordings available and shows it still pending. But when I view it using my tv through my pch the recording is there and I can watch it. Why would they be out of sync?
