ERROR [5] with VideoMate DVB-T300

I am having no luck getting any video, EPG or anything through with the above TV card. GBPVR detects it as Compro T300.

I have the following error in Config.exe.log and suspect this may have something to do with it? I have attached full logs

You'll get that error if:
1) you have some firewall/antivirus software getting in the way of PVRX2.exe -> GBPVRRecoringService.exe communication
2) or GBPVRRecordingService.exe isnt running.
