Error updating EPG

All of a sudden I am getting this error when trying to update the EPG:

Does anyone know what happened to my DB?

Yeah, sounds like something managed to screw the database. I've seen this a couple of times over the years, but its very rare. To correct it, you'll need to delete your gbpvr.db3 file and run the config app to resetup your capture sources etc.

Or perhaps restore a working DB from a backup?

I actually accidentally deleted all my channels, and tried to restore from a database backup from the day before, and this is what happened. I just went back to the DB with no channels and started over.
