No video and choppy audio with v1.4.7

I upgraded to Windows 7 and since then I have yet to get GBPVR working. I don't get any video when watching live TV and the audio that I do get is choppy and unintelligible. Any ideas?

zip and post your pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log after attempting to watch live tv.

Try specifying your MPEG video and audio decoders in Config's Playback tab. You may also want to try something other than the Microsoft decoders.

The MPV and MPA decoders did not work. I couldn't even register them. I'm running Windows 7 and the existing MPV/A decoders are for WinXP.

The gist of the error I get is "The specified module could not be found" when I run regsvr32. I tried various combinations of existing decoders and none have fixed the problem.
