Looping problem

Hi folks
I have a new PC. Core I5 with hauppauge 2200.
This is connected to an a100 popcorn hour
When I run NPVR on the popcorn it looks great. I goto the TV guide and choose a channel.
The channel comes up, but it has a problem at about 20 seconds in. It then replays the same 20 seconds over.

Are you still running 1.5.19? There was a problem like this fixed in 1.5.21.

It is showing as 1.5.21 in the settings

I think that is a slightly different problem then I saw when it would loop and play perfectly. This is dieing after 20 seconds.

It works fine on the PC. Could it be a codec problem. Do you want me to load SAF codecs?

I did install saf as well but It did not work last night with it.
