Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1700 or AVerTV Ultra PCI-E RDS?

Hi.

I'm thinking of upgrading my old HVR-1300 to a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1700 or AVerTV Ultra PCI-E RDS, which one do you think is a better buy ?

Will I see any improvement for the analog channels ? Picture quality, recording quality, etc...

Anyone here using the AVerTV Ultra PCI-E RDS ? Is it possible for you to capture some tv screenshot of your analog channels with the default avertv software ? Want to see how is the quality of this tuner .
