ATI 650 on cable -- QAM OK, no analog

you can look in device manager for it's hardware id, like pci\ven_xxxx\dev_xxxx
look that up in the driver's *.inf file, and that will tell you exactly what card it is and what capabilities it has..
[or just post the devid and i'll check the .inf for you]

as far as i know they all have a hardware encoder from 550 on up....[6xx series]
just some have 2 simultaneous tuners, others have either/or tuners...[1 cap source at a time]

hmmm, that looks to be a 'Lima' device...not a combo...if you notice in the ati .inf for your driver..[usually in c:\ati\support\somedir\] there's mention of it and it's filters..
it appears you're missing some of the filters, notably

that's a 600 type 'Lima' board...1 tuner that can be either type..
look for "ATI AVStream MPEG2 Multiplexer" in graphedit.exe filter list...it won't show up in filtercheck.log..

so on that board if you are using the digital side, the analog side will be unavailable...and vice-versa..

i'm not sure how to tell npvr that it's only a single hybrid tuner, but Sub may be able to help..
