NPVR Command Line Scheduler?

I am trying to use Schedule.exe to schedule a recording via command line but am unsuccessful.

Here is my command line:
C:\Program Files\NPVR>Schedule.exe -channel 301 -start "2014-02-09 21:30" -stop "2014-02-09 22:00" -name "Monsters vs Aliens" -pre 1 -post 1

But Schedule.exe returns:
Failed to schedule recording.

What am I doing wrong?

OK, I think I found my problem: The starting date and time I had chosen conflicted with another (previously scheduled) recording.
