Help with HDHR dual tuners

It's most likely not locking onto a signal because you are scanning using channel numbers. The HDHomeRun requires offset frequencies with GBPVR. I posted a utility to generate the qam.ini files using frequencies (I'll have to find it). Also, if you set the application to "GBPVR" in the HDHomeRun Setup and perform a scan there, it will automatically modify your qam.ini with the frequencies. You are much better off moving to NPVR though.
