USBUIRT with NPVR

It was a permissions issue. I went to USBUIRTSend.exe right clicked, hit properties and set it to always run as administrator. It is now working in NPVR. Only thing I have left to do is figure out how to always make it send three digits. For example, 018 is getting truncated in the channels tab to 18.

Reread your last post and noticed the channels information.
Thank you for all you help and hard work. I am sure I will be as satisfied with NPVR as I was with GBPVR.
