On a few channels there's this (usually) diagnal wave effect. Any have this, and has figured out how to get around?

I was playing around more last night, and chaning the timing of the refresh helped a little. Â There's still these dark waves, though.
It seems to be particular signals CNN & TBS have them, but Cartoon Network and Fox are crisp and clear. It looks more like bars when you see it up close. Â From a distance, it becomes a wavy effect. img1 img2 img3

Another update: Using WinTV 2000 to tune and Freq Copy ended up fixing 90% of the problems. I don't know if it's just compensating for the interference, but it helped a lot.
