I've been experiencing slow responses from my HDHomerun and often GBPVR crashes when I am switching channels. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Logs attached. Sticking with GBPVR 1.4.7 because NPVR seems to not like my HDHomerun, either...

I see you've disabled 'live preview mode', which will mean slow channel changes. The timeshift mode in GBPVR was pretty crappy, but greatly improved in NPVR.

I'd try reenabling live preview mode.

THANK YOU for responding..

Yes, Live Preview was disabled....and now I remember why....when I turn it on (true), it makes becomes very choppy (stutter) when I record a show. It still causes crashes while flipping through channels. However, channel flipping is much faster now..

Here is what I did:
Start GBPVR, surf channels until on causes crash, restart GBPVR, record channel -- playback stutters.....then hit PAUSE and then play and the playback becomes smooth...

Logs attached again.

Sorry, I cant see any sign of an obvious problem in your logs.
