There is a not so obvious feature in NPVR that allows you to do this.

Assuming you've already got both sets of channels in their, go and do a scan on the DVB-S (so that it creates a lastscan.xml file), then go to the Settings -> Channels screen, click 'Bulk Map', set the 'EPG Source' to 'Last Scan DVB EPG', then select the channel you want to use from that Last Scan.

This can be used to have DVB-T channels getting their EPG from a DVB-S source (even if there is no DVB-S channels setup). Another example, is assigning analog channels to get their listings from DVB-S, ie you might be recording sky channels as analog from a STB, but getting the sky listings from the Sky DVB EPG.
