I'm experiencing a lag with my remote too... but really... I've only(mostly) been testing with the keyboard... so the remote is not part of the issue...

Flying around on the gbpvr screens with arrows, enter and escape has always been quite fast (dare I say instantaneous) but the npvr interface has always had a lag like I experience when I'm using the MVP (with gbpvr) (I say always as in.. when you first changed over development to npvr and about every three or four months since.

It's like PRESS ... BEAT ... ACTION (up/down/left or whatever)... I've accepted the MVP (and even using any of the dongles it's all about the same)... but in my four or five attempts to try npvr... I always had the same thing... sluggish keyboard navigation..

This is on XP and Win7.. Video plays properly (though my MPGs aren't playing on npvr -- but that's another issue I haven't started looking into)..

As far as the remote... I'm using the ehome reg entries that pBS documented (Brilliant work I might add) and GB-PVR, WMC and as I discovered, any other app that responds to keyboard commands... (Yeah I started flying around Windows Explorer with my remote) The response is lightening quick...

I would suspect this is not the expected behaviour. What can I do or look for?

zehd, I'd first check to be sure I had the proper Directx runtime installed.

I'm really thankful you didn't say... RTFM... although this is probably the most appropriate time for that...

Thank you... it worked perfectly
