weather is not refreshing w/o exiting out of GBPVR

So last week I changed to the BlueMCE2 skin which I absolutely love. So at that time I had to update to the newest weather in order for the plugin to work. Since then I have to exit out of GBPVR and restart the program in order for the weather to download the latest weather information.

I never had to do that with the standard blue skin and older weather plugin. Has any one else had this issue and how did they resolve it? Would it be the plugin itself or the new skin? What triggers it to look for newer weather info?

um the weather should be updated whenever you enter it and at least 10 minutes has passed since it was last downloaded, i didnt touch this code when i updated the weather plugin, and it would have nothing to do with the skin, as to understanding them, yeah i cant, no idea what they are talking about.
