Trim pre-padding for part-time channels

Brian, have you got something for this? If not, I could always make a quick change in mpvmcx2 and seek 5 minutes into a file that sends a Timing.Info before sampling for the PIDs and starting real playback. It might be a better overall solution anyway.

If you don't use comskip you might be able to add a simple fix by just creating a comskip file that looks like the following for the impacted files then you won't need to change the recordings at all.

Hi Martin,

No - I'd put it on a back-burner for a while. The idea of seeking into a file to get timing and PID info sounds like a good one. Let me know if you do it and I'll run some tests.

I'll look at the comskip option although I haven't used it in years so I'll need to read up on it again.
