Force Hauppauge's WinTV PVR-150 mode NTSC

I don't know how you load these settings in NextPVR but you might need one of the older tool like that modifies the Windows registry to change your country to an NTSC country and maybe even modify the frequencies to match the ones you need.

Hello, your idea and interesting, I'll keep searching in my city cable tv transmits channels in NTSC and PAL-M, and that the problem to start the first time it displays ok nextPVR channels in NTSC (perfect for me ), I have no interresse channels in PAL-M, more out of the program and run it again reverses the pattern (in the PAL-M channels are ok and NTSC are colorless).

It looks like the Hauppauge Tweak Tool can do what you want. You have to go to the Advanced Settings tab and then select your card under "Capture Settings", click the Open button and then you can select from a long list of formats. I don't know if the tweak tool is still available on the net. If you can not find it, then send your email address to me via private message and I'll send you a copy.

Hello, thank you for everyone's help, most still have the problem.
I'm testing all week and noticed a few things:
1 - The operator of cable television in my town transmits most of the channels in PAL-M (60 channels) and in some NTCS (8 channels).
2 - I need to see only the channels that are in PAL-M.
3 - I realized that in the first run of NextPVR it works ok, channels in PAL-M and NTSC without ok with (what should be normal), most after leaving the program and enter novamanente the reverse happens, PAL-M channels without color and NTSC ok.

The conclusion I checked and this is the NextPVR losing to define the PAL-M and NTSC.

Already tested the Hauppauge Tweak Tool, Windows XP, Windows 7, he has the option to change the default PAL-M/NTSC more even running as administrator does not save the change.

Pequisando saw that the old version had a GB-PVR file direct.ini where the parameter had ForceStandard where it was possible to force the standard tv.

Already tried something similar in NextPVR, files. Xml,. Ini. Db3 and not found anything.
