[FR] Add Tray option to Open Web Interface

Since I don't use the NPVR GUI much, the following additions to the tray icon would be helpful.

It would be handy if the NPVR Tray icon contained an option to open the Web Interface.

Also, would be nice if the NPVR Tray icon contained an option to directly open NPVR Settings.
