EPG Data is lost

Since upgrading to the latest NPVR, I keep losing my tv guide.

I use Schedules Direct and if I do a manual update, then everything is just fine. However, eventually, I find that it is all lost again.

What do you need from me to help try and track this down?

What do you mean by "I find that it is all lost again". Do you mean that a show to be shown at 9pm on Sunday has a title and description when the Guide is viewed on Friday but no title and description when the Guide is viewed on Saturday?
