Dual ATI HD750's Don't Work

I purchased a 2nd ATI HD 705 (Diamond) and I can't get it to recognize the QAM from the 2nd device. I only sees the Analog. Even with 2 analogs, I can't record 2 programs at once. Any ideas? Logs attached. Thanks

Are you sure the drivers are installed for both, and support multiple devices? ie, do both tuners work in the software that came with it?

In the logs, there is a few lines that askes Windows for the list of devices present, and it looks like it's only returning a single set of tuners.
