AMD HD4000 driver question

My NPVR setup has been pretty stable for over a year, so much so that I've not touched it in that time and it's been a long while since I've visited the forums... However I am curious what the the latest AMD driver for the HD4000 series of graphics cards is like? Last time I upgraded to 12.something it was awful and I had to go back to an 11.x, so I've not tried again. But I have choppy flash playback and am wondering if a later driver would help. I see the latest for these cards is 13.1 (or a 13.4 beta). Do either of these work or should I stay well away??

I run 13.4 beta on both my NPVR box and primary desktop PC (HD4550 and HD4850, respectively) and all is well. The 13.1 driver gave trouble with solid-green youtube videos.
