HDPVR 2 problem

Just reinstalled Windows 7, and so got a brand new installation of NPVR. I configured NPVR to record from my HDPVR 2, but it only records at ~8MB/s video and 192kb/s aac audio.

How can I change the video bitrate (most importantly), and the audio bitrate?

You might need to bump up the SD resolution in config.xml especially if you are tuning from an SD channel.

Look at the <Mode720p>, <Mode1080i> and <ModeSD> settings in config.xml.

I'm one of the lucky guys who can plug my stb directly into the hdpvr 2 and got no problem capturing the hdmi signal. (and if I wasn't, I know how to circumvent hehe) So I prefer to record at max bitrate.
