Device not found

In the last three days I've had intermittent problems with tuners not being found. Only one of the tuners seems to be working, a reboot usually fixes the problem. In prime time there is no opportunity to diagnose the problem, "Just get my programmes recording" Thank goodness for the Plus1 channels
This morning I installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 and rebooted, then tried recording several channels the first recording started on the Hauppauge Nova-T, but the HVR-2200 failed, logs attached.
After another re-start, both tuners are recording properly, i.e. 3 recordings on 3 different tuners.
I hope someone has some insights.

The tuner is not sending data to NextPVR. It may be that the tuner does not wake up properly after the computer goes to sleep.

Some folk with similar problems have used devcon to force a restart of the tuner. ... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311272.

I'm puzzled by the highlighted item in your screenshot that shows "Hauppauge WinTV-7164 Analog Capture." If you actually have a need for analog capture, then your NPVR.log 2 File suggests that you need to install WinTV7:

Oh yes: Were you careful to install the x86 version of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 even if your system is 64-bit? Do you get an error if you try to visit Settings -> Devices? A screenshot of Settings -> Devices might be interesting.

The OS is Win7 HP 32-bit and yes I did install the x86 Redistributable.
This is a new problem on a machine that has been running this configuration for a year, I'm pretty sure the only changes in the last week were Windows update. Updates are set to download but run manually, which I did on the 13th, this problem has been evident on the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th possibly on the 14th as well but I cannot remember for sure.
I have no need for Analog capture so never bothered to to install WinTV7.

I'll try the devcon thing, this is driving me nuts.

I realise this in probably a Windows/drivers issue not an nPVR problem, but I'm reposting the logs because the behaviour has changed.
whereas last week the Settings -> Devices showed the HVR-2200 not present, it now shows as present but mostly does not record after a resume from sleep. Devcon is of little help because it reports that the tuner is present and the drivers are running. I have now set the HT-PC to reboot in the afternoon and not to sleep during the evening when multiple tuners are required, but it does not fix the underlying problem.
Just before I took a snapshot of the logs, I started a new recording at 2014-09-24 07:20:18
It fails to start on each of the HVR tuners then begins on the Nova-T device.

Is it possible that the tuner is failing?

Finger crossed, may have solved this
This morning the HVR-2200 was missing and no amount of rebooting could bring it back.
Pulled the tuner card out and noticed it was not seated firmly in the pci-e slot, when the back bracket was screwed down, it was pulling the card out of the slot at one end. I adjusted the shape of the bracket (bent it) so the card sits correctly.
Ran a quick test, set some recordings, put it to sleep and it woke and recorded correctly on all tuners
