I have been using NextPVR for about 2 years now and have had great results. I use an Avermedia A188 dual tuner card and have not had any recent significant changes to the computer or software running it (that I'm aware of). Running Windows 10 also. Suddenly around October 15th I noticed that my scheduled recordings were not being recorded. I also noticed that when I try to watch Live TV in NextPVR, it gives me the "Unable to find available capture device" message.

Using the Avermedia MediaCenter software, I am able to watch live TV just fine, so I'm pretty sure it is not a problem with the tuner card or drivers, etc. In the NextPVR settings>Devices, the tuner card is shown as present and as enabled, so it is being detected.

I just tried scheduling a manual recording, and that worked flawlessly, even though I cannot view live TV or have my recurring program recordings work.

What else might be wrong here?

My log files are attached. I appreciate the help.

Around that time the tuner was failing to start

Have you tried rebooting the machine?

Yes, I've definitely rebooted many times since then, including twice this morning just before making this post. I also re-seated the tuner card, to be sure everything was secure there. Again, the tuner card appears to work fine using Avermedia's Media Center software.

Does the Avermedia software have anything that holds onto the device, making it unavailable for other apps? If so, you might need to try stopping it.

I'd turn off the alternative conflict check. I don't seen any wakeup request for recordings since the 4th, but I do see conflicts.

Not that I can tell. I just checked for any running processes or services of the Avermedia software, and there were none.

Just for kicks, I tried uninstalling NPVR and reinstalled (same version, 3.5.7). Of course, now it seems to work! Live TV is working now. The real test will be whether recurring recordings are picked up and recorded. It still seems to show everything as conflicts, and nothing as Pending. Is there a way to force it to refresh the conflict checks?
