The .ccyes and .xml files might be getting created by a setting in comskip. That's the only thing I can think of that I changed recently. I downloaded a comskip.ini from the comskip forum to see if it could do a better job of finding the right cut points. I'll have to see if I see anything obvious. It may have things enabled that I don't need. It looks like the .xml files are just the same info that's in the .edl file.
