unable to find available capture device

I haven't used NPVR on this computer for quite a long time, and this evening when I tried to start it, I got the 'unable to communicate with recording device error.' Updating NPVR seemed like a good first step as it's been months since I checked for updates. After updating I now get the 'unable to find available capture device.' I reinstalled the drivers in case that was the problem, but without any success. Logs attached, hopefully, in the hope someone can figure out what I have broken.

Back when you setup your device, your machine had a driver called "REALTEK DTV Filter". Your machine no longer has that driver available.

Updating NextPVR is a good idea, but it isn't going to fix this - to fix it you need to get that driver installed again. ie, you should be able to go to the Settings->Devices screen and see the device listed.

I noticed after I posted that the driver was missing but as I had already reinstalled drivers, I didn't know what else to do. Then I found the 9 year old TV card that was in the computer when I bought it, and that works perfectly. Problem solved. (The TV card and case are all that's left of the original computer. It's like the brush that had 10 new heads and 5 new handles, but it was still the same old brush.)
