Hi Wondering if someone could take a look at the attached logs and guide me in the right direction.
Had a power trip last week and had to reboot host pc. On reboot , the pc normally ends up with a new ip address and I have to change the npvr cgi file to match the new ip. After doing this normally works fine.

This time however, cant access via popcornhour and just keep getting request cannot be processed

I have attached the logs and the output from the syntax checker

Any direction much appreciated

regards steve

Lots of errors with your setup,

- TV Listing is failing because you need a newer version I you don't want to upgrade disable it.

- the MVP server is failing for an unknown reason
Code:
2016-04-30 13:51:49.104    [ERROR][6]    Unexpected error starting MVP Server: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): No such interface supported
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at NRecord.MVPManager.WorkerThread()

- it looks like the web server is failing.

- not sure if you entered the NMT IP address if you did you have other network problems, unplug routers and switches.

First, I'd reboot the PC and try to access thew NEWA web server with a browser.

A long term fix is to assign a static IP to you backend.

Hi Martin

Dopey me wrong ip address

Can now acccess popcorn via webrowser
Can also access hard drive on mydesktop where npvr resides
Noticed that the npvr . html file has a different number ie 8883 rather than the 8866 used by the webrower. Are these port numbers. Should it be 8883?

8883 is the NMT web server 8866 is the default for NEWA but others ports are required. Not sure where you stand now, if it is not working update the logs and the syntax check out again

Hi

Did change the npvr file port from 8883 to 8866 to see if that made a difference. Will change back and re run the checker sorry

Still the same error. Not sure where to start to check what is at fault?

The 404 error is a good thing. The only other error showingis you still haven't input the NMT IP address. You also don't have a PCH2 entry in config.xml for your MAC address.

You still are getting a TV Listings error so I recommended removing it until it is fixed.

Where are you watching Live TV? I can't figure it out from these logs?
