Option to set Pre/Post -Padding in seconds

I would like to have the option of setting pre-padding and post padding in seconds instead of minutes. Another way might be to keep minutes but instead of requiring a integer value, accept a double like 0.5 which would mean 30 seconds.

Sorry guys, it's unlikely I'd make this change. It'd be a pretty painful change to make, and given I don't think there is widespread desire for this...

I'd love to see negative values available as I always have to fast forward 4 minutes in to get past PBS Sponsors, etc
