Whats your setup?

Have you try selecting VMR9 in config app? What happens?

attached is my current setup and when I press F7 aspect ratio doesn't change, and ideas?

This is because the Cyberlink decoder is not compatible with VMR, so it has to back down to Overlay Manager. You'll need to try another decoder if you'd like to use VMR.
