Simple is to take the existing blue skin, and just modify the buttons.
Size and placement are fairly easy to figure out.
Download and unzip this and replace everything in the "Main Menu" folder of the default BLUE skin, and you'll see what I mean. Be sure to BACK UP the current contents of the Main Menu folder first!

You can never have enough tuners!
