Can't add new FM station after upgrade to 4.0.4

Greetings!
I just upgraded my setup to Version 4.0.4 last night, and found that I can no longer add FM radio stations to my analog tuner. When I try and add a new station, I get an unhandled exception error.
Logs .zip uploaded. All previously stations added before the upgrade are still functional. Using a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2255 and had previously installed SoftPVR via a batch file and WinTV version 7 .exe.

Can you see if this patch fixes it?

I will give it a try. How do I install the patch? Do I have to register the .dll file?

Just run the 'Stop NPVR Service' shortcut, then drop the file in "c:\program files (x86)\npvr", replacing the existing file of the same name, then run the 'Start NPVR Service' shortcut.

Thanks. Replaced .dll and problem with adding FM stations is gone. As my Dad used to say, when all else fails, read the instructions!
