4.04 Not Starting after dropping in latest 5 patches?

I tried downloading the setup exe again and running that again too - no dice? Help
Patches as attached.

The only thing that may have been off is that I did this all remotely over Teamviewer, would that make it go bad?

I am pretty sure it happened as a result of this patch to NextPVR.exe for the EXIF Orientation issue.

I deleted all the 5 updates, added them back one by one; all were OK until NextPVR.exe, which was last.

I have installed all of these latest patches.

Trying to resume from any resume point created before installing them causes NPVR to stop responding.
Any new resume points created appear to work fine.

Does the database need updating and how to do? Or do I need to delete all the old resume points - is there an easy way?
