Unable to add Analog channels - Unhandled Exception

I installed NextPVR for the first time on this computer, and performed an analog channel scan on an Hauppauge 955Q USB Tuner. I've disabled all other installed tuners via NextPVR too. It finds all the channels, but every time I press OK to proceed to the next step, I get the following unhandled exception error. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using the latest version of NextPVR, ver. 4.0.4 (170820)

I can't see an error in that log. Please can you reproduce the problem and then in NextPVR Settiings --> About ... Press the button to create a zip file containing all of the logs. Please attach the zip file to a post telling us the time that you saw the error so that we know where to look in the logs. Thanks.

Its not entirely clear to me why you're getting this error, but I wanted to ask about the need for the analog scan. These days we get very few people adding analog channels via a tuner, since most places have switched off analog....however, back when analog was still relatively common in the US, users didn't scan for channels. Instead, they'd just use Import button, and select their Schedules Direct cable lineup, hit OK and they were done. Are you using Schedules Direct? If so, you should do that instead.

Scanning analog channels was mainly something for Europe and Australasia users, where the physical channels didn't match the logical channel numbers, and channels were on different physical channels in each town.

I'm getting the same unhandled exception message. This happens when adding channel through devices or through import. I basically cannot add any channels since the update. I was able to prior to the update.
