Artwork for Recorded Shows

I have many shows that I am recording, and NCIS is the only show that does not display any artwork.

I tried clearing the icon cache, and giving it time to repopulate.

Now, NCIS has a background, but no poster.  But NCIS: New Orleans now has a poster, but no background.

Any ideas what is happening here?  Is there a way for me to go in manually and fix this?

You can always manually fix it by saving the artwork in in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Media\Shows

I am using Schedules Direct, but I also have the other media sources checked in the options. I know SD does not provide the fan-art, so the backgrounds are coming from elsewhere.

Thanks for the path to the artwork. I'll fix it manually.

I wasn't sure if there might be a bug, because the only shows with the problem had a similarity in the show names. If just one show was broken, I might blame the guide data, but the different result I got after clearing the cache made me think the first one to get scraped won.

Schedules Direct is pretty good at providing artwork for most shows. I'm not sure if they had issues with art for these specific shows though.

I went to the directory you indicated. The poster for NCIS would not display a thumbnail in Windows explorer, and would not display in Windows photo viewer. I downloaded a new one, and it is working fine.

The background for NCIS: New Orleans is still a problem. All the files are in the directory, and I have no problem viewing them in Windows. And before I cleared the cache trying to fix NCIS, this show was working just fine.

Not a big deal, as I use Kodi as my front end, and the fan-art/background is displaying just fine there. It is only in the NextPVR interface itself that I am having the problem with this image.

You may need to delete the contents of C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Thumbs to get the new artwork to show up in NextPVR
