Yes that looks like a bad signal. Here in Ottawa we had repack 2 or 3 weeks ago and 3 channels changed frequency but a repack wouldn't have impacted all channels.

really weird, my TV's are fine... my next step is to try this on the laptop.

I also tried 2 other programs (but I prefer this one, less customization and fits my needs) and it was the same issue...

I wonder if its not the USB tuner slowly dying...

OK well, my laptop is like less than half this PC...and its fluid ! now I guess I need to look elsewhere like the USB port? all is great but something doesnt like the dongle it seems....

OK so I cant get this to work...I tested the same setup in a laptop and it worked like a charm. I reinstalled the USD tuner drivers, troubleshooted the usb port with many suggestions... no joy. I will blame this on Windows !!

Anyone have anywhere I could look for a possible solution for this ? :/

Do you have any USB drives where you could test to see if your port can deliver 20Mbs? Alternatively can you receive any American stations that broadcast in SD at lower bit rates?

Stable 28 mbps (tested a usb3 external drive in the port...which is USB2) and I also tested my USB3 ports with the tuner and its the same. also tested the american stations... same results.
