Viewing on another local PC

I was able to access my nextpvr main pc just by typing 192.168.1.97:8866. It was easy. I did have to refresh the cached webpage. You could technically run multiple servers in your home as well. One for kids, one for adults and just change the ip address. I am sure the admins will help you figure it out.
