Need help with unable to find capture device please?

Hi. I've been using NPVR for about a year and it has worked quite well up until now. All of the sudden, I can't watch or record live tv. I get the error "unable to find capture device". Under settings, it can see my 2 hauppauge WinTV tuners, and they show up under device manager in Win 10.

Normally I would just uninstall and reinstall, but I had a really hard time getting the guide to work (finally did it with zap2), so I don't want to have to figure that out again.

Go to the settings->devices screen, then post the logs and we’ll take a look.

What tuners are these exactly?

If they’re analog, they’ll only work under NextPVR v4, and you’ll need to have the Hauppauge WinTV software installed
