In the one log we saw, there were between 20 and 50 attempts returning 4003 before the token worked so it was working by change not logic. Then it eventually got the 4006, there is no reason to think the 4006 retry will be any more successful. If Robert truly fixed it things should work now since you shouldn't get a 4006 now right after th3 4003 or he needs to do more.
