Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

Hello. I just installed NextPVR and I get the message Streaming Failed (transcoder exited).

Can you help me please?

Your tuner is not able to lock on to your channel so check you antenna connection.

Does the tuner work with the software that came with the card?
