dvd2mpeg Sequence split detected 3 but no following sequence found..

Has anyone encountered this on step 3 with mplex? I am not able to convert one of my dvds.

No but I do get "Need to spit outpot but there appears to be no %d in filename"
I just manualy do these and then join the part together later.

I am going to attempt to use take just the movie only and see if it fixes the problem. I think looking at the video that it is getting confused and adding some of the extras into the output.
