How about being specific about what's not clear.

If I do a manual recording of a recurring show and that's the only instance of a recording of that timeslot (no manual or tvguide generated recordings) a conflict is generated. If I create a recurring recording from the tvguide for the same time slot, there's no conflict. If I set up a recording for a NONrecurring recording (manual or from tvguide) I have no problem.

I know that sounds ridiculous, but there it is. If I keep deleting from the pending list (the SAME recording each time), eventually the conflict goes away. Usually only need to delete twice.

I have no idea why this might be happening. It certainly seems like something that wouldn't survive this long in this program. I've been working with computers for over 20 years so this isn't "newbie-itis". I'm using XP Home sp2 and Hauppage USB2 PVR w/ latest drivers and latest gb-pvr.

Is that better?

@pgovotsos:
I tried to reproduce this, but couldn't. I am also not sure what you are doing. Can you please explain it step by step? Something like:
1. Go into "Recordings" on main menu.
2. Go to Manual Recording.
3. Select channel.
4. Select ....
Please?

I decided that it was close enough to my biannual reformat so I reformat & reloaded. With gbpvr the only thing installed, this problem isn't happening right now. Must have been an interraction with some detritus from something else.

I did run into another problem that doesn't belong in this thread.

I know it sounds like I'm nothing but problems, but I really like gbpvr a great deal. I WAS hoping to find something that was NOT Tivo-like and more like the interface of the ATI program, but it seems like the world has decided to go in this direction instead. I think GB-pvr is one of the best products of this type. Thanks to the author!
