I got my PVR-250 today and have been experimenting. Most of the stuff I expected to have to fiddle with has worked straight away. Like the EPG and plugins.
What I can't get though, is the higher channels. I've got channels ranging from 5 through 47. There are no channels between 11 and 22 so I don't know exactly where the problem starts, but 11 I get, while 22 and above are static. The channels "up there" work fine in WinTV2000. It's as if it tries to tune there but just can't make it and ends up someplace else. The static differs and is recognizable for each channel.
In case it's relevant, in order to get anything at all I had to switch from cable to antenna in the tuning settings. Apart from that I've tried changing the country and shuffling the assigned channel numbers. No luck getting the missing few.
Anybody got any ideas? Did I miss something? I figured a search for "channel" in all groups ought to do the trick if anybody else has had this problem, but didn't see any topics that seemed relevant.
