Reload EPG information while gbpvr is running

Hello all,

as long as my computer running gbpvr is not always connected to the Internet I wrote a batch file that checks for a network connection first and than runns the xmltv program to get the EPG data. Afterwards the command "gbpvr -OnlyUpdateEPG" is executed

This batch file is started via autostart folder at boot time. So every time the computer powers up and is connected to the web, I receive fresh EPG data.

But I also start gbpvr via autostart folder. As long as the EPG update takes about halt an hour gbpvr is already running with the old EPG data. The new one is not displayed after the update is finished because I assume that the internal database still got the old EPG data.

My question now is if there is a possibility to up update the "internal" EPG information while an instance of gbpvr is running?

GB-PVR's TV Guide caches the EPG information for up to two hours. This means it may take two hours for GB-PVR to show these changes.
