I'm using Zap2It for my guide and all my shows are off by one hour. My Windows timezone is set to GMT-07:00 Arizona. Arizona has no daylight savings so that's not my problem.

I've tried emptyEPG and updating but no change. Shows are still off by one hour. Zap2It.com schedule has the correct show times. Is there a way to directly view the schedule that GBPVR downloads from Zap2itEPG feed?

Yes, you can. If you have MS Access, check the contents of your gbpvr.mdb file.

All I can suggest is that you and your computer dont agree what timezone it is in. GB-PVR just asks Windows to convert the zap2it show times from UTC to localtime. In your case your computer is not doing this conversion correctly.

Double check your timezone settings, and whether your machine is set to auto adjust for daylight savings etc (if you just set the machine up in the last few months, you may not have noticed).

I figured it out. It wasn't a windows time zone issue. I deleted my capture source and reloaded. Then updated the EPG and everything worked fine.

I had originally imported my EPG via XMLTV because I didn't realize GBPVR could work directly with Zap2It. This guide was one hour off. So I emptied the EPG, switched the source to Zap2It and updated the EPG. No matter how often I emptied the EPG and updated, the one-hour error remained. Apparently GBPVR was not clearing the guide imported by XMLTV completely.
