Teletext - no wst-codec ?

Hi,

today is pvr-day for me:-)
Now live-preview-mode works (the first time!).
But when I enable teletext, there is an error.
I've reinstalled directX and this says, WST is successfully installed.
But the gbpvr-log says this:

How can I enable teletext here in germany ?
