Playlist creation...

I'm still pretty new to this stuff so was wondering if anyone could help me out with what might be a pretty basic question...

Is it possible to create playlists for video files so that a bunch of short videos could be played one after the next. I don't want to use the play all facility as I would like control over the play order.

Thanks for that input, I've looked at My Videos and maybe it goes some way along the line to a solution. What I'd really like to do is to be able to create some kind of file containing the programs to be played outside of GBPVR. It looks like the playlists are stored in an access database. If I try adding to this it invariably stops the plugin working so I'm still looking for a solution.

The reason I'm after this (and maybe there's an easier way) is that the original software that came with the MVP had a shuffle option, so for example, my daughter has a directory with 50 cartoons in it, she could select shuffle and get a different play order each time. All we have now is a play all option which means she always sees the same ones (typically she'll only want to watch 4 or 5 in one sitting). My idea was to create a random playlist based on the files in the directory (which could be regenerated every day) then she could play that and get the same effect as before.

Any ideas gratefully received.
