Error- reinstalled with no change

I am getting an error randomly, but mainly when I moving between menu options. I have not really changed anything on my system, but changed some GBPVR settings. The error has to do with missing reference to an object. The log talks about a missing DB connection. But you will see more in the attached log file.

This was a bug in v0.94.12, and was corrected in v0.94.13. I can see in you logs you're running the old version.
